The main audio file is mispronouncing his name.

[edit]

The main Audio file and pronunciation guide of his name are not the same. I understand they are allophones in Hindi, but Shah Rukh grew up speaking Urdu. His name would not be pronounced that way. 182.182.198.151 (talk) 01:09, 19 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Totally agree with this one. Who will correct this? The pronunciation is all wrong. The Urdu alphabet ”khey” is not pronounced at all. Shahrukh is an Urdu name, shah meaning king and rukh meaning face. These words are not in Hindi at all, at least Rukh is pure Urdu. The pronunciation is VERY wrong on the page. Kindly correct it! 2001:14BB:AE:1A06:7DD1:54C0:AE75:E277 (talk) 18:44, 1 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Even he himself pronounces it with the /x/ and also in standard hindi like in news, you do pronounce the nuqtas, please someone kindly correct it.
There really is no reason to delibaretly want to mispronounce his name Syamantak07 (talk) 23:07, 11 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Chalte Chalte

[edit]

In the heading Career Fluctuations (1999-2001), it says: Conflict broke out between Khan and the other partners of Dreamz Unlimited over the failure to cast Juhi Chawla in their 2003 production of Aziz Mirza's Chalte Chalte, and they parted ways, despite the film's success. Where in the source associated with this sentence explains the conflict? Because I've heard that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was selected initially but was dropped and Rani Mukerji replaced her. In fact, this Rediff source itself says "Aishwarya Rai was originally signed on as Priya. Rani replaced her after Salman Khan interrupted the film's mahurat shot and created a scene, accusing Shah Rukh of getting too friendly with his girlfriend." Where in the source does it mention about the conflict between SRK and Juhi? We are the Great (talk) 02:04, 16 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
