Update to Wartime Films
[edit]Hello everyone, I intend to update this section on Wartime films in Japan with some new information and expand on it a little bit. Talking about how wars affected the movies that were being made at the time. I will also be expanding on the topic and going into how movies were used as propaganda during wartime.[1][2][3] Ethan Hutchins (talk) 01:18, 28 October 2023 (UTC)

Western eyes
[edit]Instead of just listing who won AAs, Lions, Cannes trophies and Bears it would be interesting to read about the reception of the films in Japan.
It would be better to name all titles in the same way, either in Japanese and English in parentheses or the othef way around; the tiltle also spelled in Japanese is probably unnecessary. MenkinAlRire 22:54, 12 November 2024 (UTC)
